Florida Realtors have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding with the Japan-America Real Estate Coalition Office (JARECO), forging a dynamic partnership to connect real estate professionals in Florida and Japan.

Unveiled at the Southeast U.S.–Japan Association meeting in Tokyo, this agreement paves the way for joint market research, professional training, and increased collaboration.

Meanwhile, ZIPAIR Tokyo has announced the first-ever nonstop passenger flights linking Orlando International Airport and Tokyo’s Narita International in early 2026, a move hailed as a "game-changer" by Tim Weisheyer, President of Florida Realtors and past chairman of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority.

The direct air service—featuring four round-trip charter flights—will boost tourism, investment, and economic ties, while amplifying Florida’s appeal to Japanese investors.
